WYPR: Youth offender program in Baltimore offers kids second chance

Meet Maurice, a 17-year old from Baltimore who has been in and out of the juvenile system since he was 13. After his last incarceration, which lasted six months, Maurice joined Project CRAFT in an effort to get direction in his life. Maurice recently graduated from the program, has a job and has enrolled in college. Can he remain in his environment, which was chronicled so thoroughly in the television show "The Wire" and succeed?
