Muskegon County Prosecutor Tony Tague talks about the cases of Amy Black and Michael Anderson, convicted as juveniles of separate first-degree murders and sentenced to life in prison without chance of parole. Black was 16 in 1990 when she was involved in the severe beating and robbery of 34-year-old David VanBogelen, stabbed to death by Black's 19-year-old boyfriend. Anderson was 15 in 1994 when, waiting in ambush, he fatally shot random passing motorist Gust VanPatten, 59, with a high-powered rifle in order to rob him.
