Joshua the day Shawn & I went to see him . It was may 2,2011 & he was signing "I LOVE YOU " to Shawn & I during our Clergy visit. The sadness in his eyes hurts deeply!!

 

I AM Rev.Debra Brown ,I AM a Spiritual Minister for Joshua Weir and his mother.I would like to start at the beginning and it is quite an indepth happening. I would like you to KNOW the WHOLE situation,is there an email or fax that I can send my statement to?? You will understand why we're seeking  to file a Lawsuit.

 

Joshua now has a history of Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a bacterium responsible for several difficult-to-treat infections in humans. It may also be called multidrug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus or oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (ORSA).In confined environments such as jails/prisons, with continual admission of new members who may typically be in poor health and adopt poor nutrition/hygiene practices while in jail/prison, there have been a number of challenges reported.The earliest reports were made by the CDC in state prisons,feel free to research!

 

Josh also has a history with Pseudomonas aeruginosa a common bacterium that can cause disease in animals, including humans. It is found in soil, water, skin flora, and most man-made environments throughout the world. It thrives not only in normal atmospheres but also in hypoxic atmospheres, and has, thus, colonized many natural and artificial environments. It uses a wide range of organic material for food; in animals, the versatility enables the organism to infect damaged tissues or people with reduced immunity. The symptoms of such infections are generalized inflammation and sepsis. If such colonization's occur in critical body organs, such as the lungs, the urinary tract, and kidneys, the  heart, the results can be fatal.

 

Joshua came very close to death last Oct-Nov. he was hospitalized here in NY to receive heavy duty IV Antibiotics and remained on long term Antibiotics for a month after his release. He will forever be susceptible to getting both infections again if he is not careful.
When I say careful I mean :
Proper Nutrition/Hydration to keep his immune system healthy
Proper Hygiene: Frequent Showers, Clean Clothing & Bedding
Nutritional Supplements that help to boost his immune system.
CLEAN COMMON/SLEEPING AREAS-Proper personal protective equipment such as clean towels, clean toilets since they are all expected to use the same toilet /sink/shower areas all those areas should be cleaned and disinfected daily to prevent disease/illness.

 

Josh is supposed to have frequent check ups/blood work done to check if his system/blood is free of  bacterial infection.

 

MRSA is a highly contagious infection that is spread through direct skin-to-skin contact with an infected individual or contaminated surface.

 

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is also contagious.

 

MY son SHOULD be a huge concern to Eastland County Jail, their lack of proper nutrition, lack of proper disinfecting common areas daily and filth in general, lack of sunlight, lack of clean clothes and bedding ALL POSE THREATS TO JOSHUAS HEALTH!
It is OUR BELIEF that prevention is the only way to handle such illness/disease & infections as we do not believe in poisoning our body with FDA drugs, they are good ONLY for emergency situations and even then its scary!. We use Gods Natural Herbs to prevent illness and heal our bodies.

 

 My son is NOT GUILTY of the charge placed upon him and doesn't have a first court date until April 25,2011. My son is a Healer with a loving heart and soul, he is here doing Gods work. Yet he is treated worse than an animal with his living conditions and feed barely enough food/drink to keep an infant healthy. The seriousness of this situation is immense and I AM not sure how its LEGAL for officers of the law to charge people with whatever charge they feel like it! I KNOW they do this as I have been living it and was told by a Former District Attorney that they can charge you with whatever charge they want to ,the bigger the charge the more money the county gets & upon conviction (because in most cases these people cannot afford a REAL attorney, and we all know court appointed attorneys, get paid either way, so its easy to NOT do your job and still get paid for it)the more money the state gets. What is LEGAL about that?? It's all about the money! There is nothing Spiritual about Greed! WHO holds  our law enforcement responsible for their actions??
