Peer Jury Reduces Flow of Teens from School to Juvenile Justice System




A peer jury at Manual High School in Peoria, Illinois, has helped to dramatically reduce the number of teens entering the juvenile justice system from school. It is one of a number of projects supported by the MacArthur Foundation to help reform the juvenile justice system in Illinois as part of its Models for Change initiative.
