Youth activists oppose Isle of Wight juvenile detention facility

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. (WAVY) -- A new group is joinng the fight against a proposed juvenile detention center in Isle of Wight County saying they are concerned the project isn't "closer" to their backyard.
