Prosecutor Ends Detroit Man's 4 Murder Convictions

On Tuesday, June 7th, At 14, Davontee Sanford was convicted and sentenced to 90years for a quadrople homicide. Nearly nine years later the case has chargers brought against Sanford have been overturned with new evidence pointing to a professional killing.Dykema Gossett law firm, which represented Sanfords appeal, released a statement saying "In April 2008, two weeks after Sanford's sentencing, a professional hit man, Vincent Smothers, confessed to the Runyon Street killings and eight additional murders,"
